Refund Policy

Sultry Lash Bar Refund Policy

At Sultry Lash Bar, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been opened or used.

We stand behind the quality of every Sultry product. Due to hygiene reasons, we have a strict but fair policy.

Returns & Refunds

• Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original packaging and in resealable packaging condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.


Opened / Used Lashes

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used lash trays.

If you believe your product is faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the lashes
• Photos of outside box packaging (please DO NOT bin it)
• A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.


Faulty Items

If a product is reported faulty within the 7 days (manufacturing issue, not application error), we will offer:

• A replacement
or
• Store credit


Non Refundable

  • Incorrect application
  • Adhesive issues caused by improper use 
  • Used lashes 
  • Don't like the style
  • Sale items

Why This Policy Exists

Due to the intimate nature of our products and in compliance with health regulations, we cannot resell any returned lash or beauty items even if they appear unused.

This policy protects all of our Sultry community by ensuring every product you receive is 100% new and safe.
