At Sultry Lash Bar, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been opened or used.

📦 Returns Eligibility:

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

• The item is not a sale or discounted item (all sale items are final).

⚠️ Non Returnable Items (For Hygiene & Safety):

• Lashes (individual, strip, cluster, or DIY kits)

• Lash adhesives

• Brow or lash grooming tools

• Any opened or used beauty product

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene laws and for the safety of all our customers.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo or video of the item.

3. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Why This Policy Exists

Due to the intimate nature of our products and in compliance with health regulations, we cannot resell any returned lash or beauty items even if they appear unused. This policy protects all of our Sultry babes by ensuring every product you receive is 100% new and safe.
