Do you offer worldwide express shipping?
At the moment, we only use Royal Mail Tracked.
Europe: 3–5 working days
Rest of world: 7–10 working days
What does processing time mean?
Processing time is how long we take to pack your order before shipping.
For example:

Then 24 or 48 hour delivery starts
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
💖 Product Quality & Safety
Will these lashes damage my natural lashes?
No.
Our bond dries soft, meaning your natural lashes won’t get pulled like with other brands whose glue dries rock hard.
We also use thin lash bands to protect your natural lashes and keep them lightweight.
We recommend wearing them for 7 days (up to 10 max), then giving your natural lashes a 2–3 day break before reapplying. Most brands won’t tell you this — we care about lash health first.
How long do they last?
Usually 7 days.
Some customers get up to 10 days.
For best results, give your lashes a short break before reapplying.
Will they look fake?
Not at all.
Our lashes are designed to enhance your natural beauty. Even fuller styles still look soft and wearable.

Is the glue safe for sensitive eyes?
Yes. Our glue is made to be gentle but strong.
If you are very sensitive, we recommend a patch test first.
Are they magnetic?
No. These require glue.
Are your strip lashes vegan & cruelty-free?
Yes. They are faux lashes and 100% cruelty-free.

Yes! Cluster lashes are beginner-friendly.
We provide step-by-step guides and videos to make it simple.

Will cluster lashes stay on all day?
Yes — when applied correctly.
Let the glue go tacky for 30 seconds before placing. Apply close to your lash line for best hold.
I struggle with strip lashes. How should I apply them?
Our strip lashes have a D-curled band to make application easier.
Steps:

Look down into a mirror

Place the centre first

Stick down outer corner

Then inner corner

Always wait 30 seconds for glue to turn tacky
Remove at night. This helps them last up to 20 wears.

Can I reuse cluster lashes?
Yes.
With proper care, you can reuse them multiple times. Many customers get 1–2 wears per set.
How do I clean them?

Remove excess glue

Place lashes in warm water for 5–10 minutes

Gently peel glue off with tweezers or wipe with a damp cotton pad
The glue should loosen easily.
Will they lose shape?
No — store them in their original case to keep their curl.
