Maintenance & Reuse
Q: Can I reuse cluster lashes?
A: Definitely! With proper care, you can reuse your clusters multiple times. Some babes get 1/2 wears per set!
Q: How do I clean them?
A: Simply remove glue carefully, gently place the in a bowl of warm water let them sit there for 5/10 minutes and then carefully peels the glue off with tweezers or a swipe it with a wet cotton pad (glue should be loose).
Q: Will they lose shape?
A: Not if you store them properly in their case. Keep them safe, and they’ll keep their soft, natural curl for many wears.

Do you offer express shipping on worldwide delivery?
Unfortunately we don’t, we use Royal Mail tracked. Estimated time Europe (3/5 days) excluding weekends however customs can hold parcels for slightly longer. Rest of the world is (7/10) days excluding weekends.
"I struggle to apply strip lashes what is the best way to apply them?"
Our strip lashes are made with a D-curled lash band meaning that they make your life 10x easier. We recommend to buy the correct glue as it will also help we application, place the band in the centre whilst looking down into the mirror and then stick down the outter corner and then inner corner. Always wait 30 seconds for the glue to go tacky before applying.
Are they magnetic?
No you need glue with these
How long do the lash extension strips last?
They can last as long as you want them too however they are strip lashes meaning that we recommmend totake them off at night, this will also help the lashes last up to 20 times.
Are the mink lashes cruelty free?
Yes although they are made out of real hair we made sure they are ethically sourced and cruelty free.
Are the lash extension strips vegan and cruelty free?
Yes they are faux strips.
Do you do MUA discount?
Unfortunatley at the moment we don't however we are preparing to start.
What does processing time mean?
This is just the amount of days we take to pack all the orders until we catch up, when we get a high volume of orders processsing time can vary for example 1-2 days for us to pack the orders then the 24 tracked (1-2 days) and 48 tracked (2- 3 days UK delivery) will come into place.
