Shipping Information
We ship worldwide with Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Your tracking number is in your shipping email — please check junk/spam if you can't see it.

Cost varies by parcel weight:

Some countries may charge customs duty on arrival — this is paid separately by the customer.
It's how long we take to pack your order before it ships — usually 1–2 days, then tracked delivery begins. During busy periods this may take slightly longer.
Product & Safety
No. Our bond dries soft, so your natural lashes won't get pulled the way they can with glue that dries rock hard. Our bands are also thin, to protect your lashes and stay lightweight.
We recommend wearing a set for up to 7 days (10 max), then giving your natural lashes a 2–3 day break before reapplying.
Usually around 7 days — some customers get up to 10. For best results, give your lashes a short break before reapplying.
Not at all — our lashes are designed to enhance your natural look. Even our fuller styles stay soft and wearable. Our most natural styles are SL26, SL23 and SL22.
Yes — our glue is made to be gentle but strong. If you're very sensitive, we recommend a patch test first.
No — these require glue.
Yes — they're faux lashes and 100% cruelty-free.

Yes — cluster lashes are beginner-friendly. We provide step-by-step guides and videos to make it simple.

Yes, when applied correctly. Let the glue go tacky for 30 seconds before placing, and apply close to your lash line for the best hold.
Our strip lashes have a D-curled band to make this easier:
- Look down into a mirror
- Place the centre first
- Stick down the outer corner, then the inner corner
- Wait 30 seconds for the glue to turn tacky before applying
Remove at night — this helps them last up to 20 wears.

- Remove excess glue
- Place lashes in warm water for 5–10 minutes
- Gently peel glue off with tweezers, or wipe with a damp cotton pad
The glue should loosen easily.
No — store them in their original case to keep their curl.
