Q1: Why do my cluster lashes look patchy or have gaps?

A: Gaps usually come from spacing, not the lashes. Overlapping the lashes with a tacky bond (not watery) will hide the gaps

Q2: Why do my cluster lashes fall off so quickly?

A: Most people use a watery formulated bond. A tacky water resistant bond doesn't slip and slide the clusters around. Clean, dry lashes + tacky glue = longer wear.

Q3: My eyes sting from the glue. What’s wrong?

A: Glue irritation usually comes from using the wrong bond. Place the glue under the lash, not on your waterline, and use a bond like the Sultry Lash Bar that is made for sensitive eyes with only 2 ingredients water and acrylic resin.

Q4: They look too fake or dramatic. How can I fix that?

A: Our Clusters are designed to be subtle. Using just 1–3 small clusters on the outer corners is key like the style SL26

Q5: I can’t seem to place them straight, they look crooked.

A: It’s not you, it’s technique. Holding your tweezers vertically when applying instead of horizontally is key.

Q6: They feel heavy on my lids.

A: Heavy feels come from big bulky clusters. Ours have cotton lash bands which makes them feel lighter, and more comfortable.

Q7: I had extensions before, clusters don’t look as good.

A: Extensions are a commitment taking 2 hours of time and £60+ . Clusters give a similar lifted look without infills or appointments, quick 5 min fix at home lasting you 1-2 weeks with our bond/seal.

Q8: This seems like too much effort for me.

A: Once you know spacing and placement, it’s a 5 minute routine. Fewer clusters in smarter spots = fast and pretty.

Q9: How long do cluster lashes last?

A: Usually 7+ days, depending on placement and glue. Less glue + correct map = longer wear without damage.

Q10: Will cluster lashes damage my natural lashes?

A: No your remove them with the Sultry Lash Bar remover which slides the lashes off. Damage only comes from rushing or dry pulling which is incorrect.

Q:11 Can I sleep in them? 

A: Yes of course they are made for comfort due to the thin lash bands, just make sure you clamp down on the lashes with the Sultry Lash Bar tweezers and seal them

Q:12 Can I reuse them?

A: Yes you can reuse our clusters 1/2 time depending on how well you look after them, and they can be cleaned with an oil based cleanser in a small bowl.

Bond should peel off with tweezers after 5/10 mins.
